About South Sound Inspections

Since 2002, South Sound Inspections have been active in all areas of property inspection. As a Seattle home inspector, I go to great lengths to ensure that all aspects of the property are inspected to include structure, roof, siding, electrical, HVAC systems and the plumbing. When I am finished with the inspection, I will provide you with a detailed report which includes photo's. All home inspections are performed in accordance with the Washington State Standards of Practice.

I have been inspecting homes in the Seattle, Tacoma (Pierce County), Puget Sound, Olympia and Bremerton areas since 2002. A former franchise owner, now working as an independent, the name may have changed but the high standards and quality of work remain at the top of the home inspection industry.
